Learn about the many types of contracts: staff, non-disclosure agreements, non-competitive contracts, and non-solicitation of employees. Look at the different options and processes for procuring goods and services and examine the respective benefits of purchasing, leasing and renting. Other topics covered include intellectual property rights, solicitation, source selection, maintenance contracts, fixed price/cost plus, total cost analysis, and contract closure.
Students enrolling in Part-Time and Online Education courses may be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus Store locations or online at bookstore.rrc.ca. Student booklists will be available approximately 3 weeks prior to scheduled course start dates. Please ensure materials are purchased in advance, to be available for the start date.
