The Culinary arts are the most accessible and the most delicious of all art forms. Our workshops range from learning basic knife skills to creating an entire Mediterranean dinner. We offer a wide range of workshops under the direction of experienced chefs in our professional kitchens at the Paterson GlobalFoods Institute (504 Main Street) in the Exchange District.
