The Administrative Assistant practicum provides supervised experiential learning in which students work with an employer to gain practical workplace experience. In a professional office environment, students apply technical training and administrative competencies to authentic tasks. Students receive workplace mentorship, participate in ongoing reflections and assessments, and undergo a final performance evaluation to support professional growth and competency development.
