Building on Introduction to Therapeutic Skills, this course focuses on the rehabilitation assistant’s role in safely delivering therapist-directed therapeutic exercise programs. Students develop practical skills to guide, monitor, and appropriately progress exercises within established plans of care. Emphasis is placed on safe practice standards, recognizing signs of exercise intolerance, and promoting client engagement to support positive rehabilitation outcomes.
