RRCM-1066Foundations of Kinesiology

This course introduces students to the principles of kinesiology and biomechanics in relation to human movement and the musculoskeletal system. Students will explore anatomy from the lens of typical movement patterns to understand how these structures support mobility and functional performance. The course applies kinesiology concepts to examine the impact of physical abilities on engagement in daily activities.
