NRSG-3870Clinical Practice: Pediatric Setting

This course focuses on the clinical application of concepts, processes, practices and research associated with families experiencing health problems with a child or adolescent, as learned in NRSG 3604 Perinatal and Growing Family Health. Emphasis is on developing the nurse-client relational partnership to assist the child or adolescent and their family with achieving and maintaining optimum health and well-being for their life stage and circumstances. Practice sites could include hospitals, clinics, homes and other community settings.
