EAPP-0503Communication for Academic Programs
In this course, students will explore the specific language and academic demands of their target academic program at RRC Polytech. Students will investigate discipline-specific terminology for their program area, and complete authentic projects aligned with their program of study. Students will develop both their communicative and intercultural competence for success in their target academic programs and industry, as well as begin to develop their academic and professional network, through experiential learning opportunities within a range of academic programs. Students will use these experiences to set goals and create an individualized learning plan for future academic and professional success.
