Project planning is an important skill necessary to successfully work in the CG industry. The communication and planning skills and techniques required to create and complete great-looking work within schedule and budget will be taught. Topics covered include dealing with clients and team members, breaking down shots and translating that into a production plan and bid, making a presentation to a client, revising an original plan, and the multiple steps of digital production from start to finish.
