GRAD-3083Advanced Digital Production Techniques
This course continues its exploration of digital tools that a CG artist needs to be familiar with. Advanced Zbrush and Photoshop production techniques are covered. The fundamentals in using compositing software are also explored; the focus is on learning the essential techniques necessary to problem solve compositing challenges. Techniques in matte generation, tracking, colour correction, and image compositing will be covered. Shots are broken down and analyzed allowing students to learn how to combine various techniques and tools to solve different types of compositing problems.
