Quality Assurance is a second year specialization in the Science Laboratory Technology program. Please click here for the first year of the program.

Description

The Quality Assurance specialization will give you the necessary skills to pursue quality assurance related jobs opportunities within the Pharmaceutical, Food, Natural Health Product, and Cannabis industries. The course work in the stream will focus on essential quality assurance topics such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), data integrity principles, root cause analysis, product recalls, and much more.

Graduates from this specialization will find employment as Quality Assurance Technicians and Quality Assurance Associates throughout various industries.
