BIOL-3001Genomics

This course introduces students to the study of whole genomes. Students will use a combination of recmbinant technologies and DNA sequencing methods to analyze genomes. They will also conduct genome sequences using the Illumina iseq200 genome sequencer. This course also examines the construction and use of genomic libraries required for analysis.
