FULL-TIME | WINNIPEG LOCATIONS SCCMF-DP Science Laboratory Technology-Cell and Microbiology

This course emphasizes both theoretical and applied aspects of molecular biology. Students will examine recombinant DNA technologies, DNA sequencing, DNA amplification using polymerase chain reaction, and the basics of genetic engineering techniques. In the laboratory, students will have an opportunity to develop the skills required in a molecular biology lab environment while further enhancing their documentation and laboratory compliance expertise.
