PARA-3015Community Paramedicine 2

In this course, students will continue to explore ways in which paramedics can provide primary, preventative and/or specialized healthcare to communities. This course will expand on topics covered in Community Paramedicine 1 and will include topics such as indigenous health, care for those with chronic health conditions, and wound care management. The knowledge gained in this course will allow the paramedic to expand their roles to bring services to communities who may not be able to access available services otherwise.
