Students will have the opportunity to conduct assessments, create care plans, and facilitate care for patients in the community including vulnerable persons, mental health patients, substance abuse patients and geriatric patients. Students will be expected to perform effectively as a community paramedic team member in a limited role and exhibit professional conduct in the clinical setting while being involved with patients and other healthcare professionals.
