CLIN-5002Advanced Care Paramedicine Clinical Rotation 2
In this course, students will apply the concepts of Advanced Care Paramedicine to clinical practice in a hospital or acute care clinical setting. With direct supervision from approved clinical educators, doctors, nurses and allied health professionals students will gain contact exposure in various health related settings while rotating through several specialties within a hospital including anesthesia, medical out patient clinic, emergency department, obstetrics, pediatrics and critical care units. Students will be given the opportunity to perform competencies and will be evaluated on their ability to perform effectively as a paramedic team member in a limited role.
