Students will become familiar with the different types of business entities lawyers are instructed to create, maintain, finance and sell. The students will study basic concepts of different business organizations and their practical implementation. A core component of the Legal Administrative Assistant Program, this course stresses valuable fundamental skills to complete and file requisite government forms and perform searches to create maintain, finance and sell a business.
