In this course, students at beginner and low-intermediate language levels will improve their grammatical accuracy and fluency while communicating in English. Students in this introductory grammar course will learn, review, and practice a variety of foundational grammatical constructions and punctuation rules while creating questions, affirmative and negative statements. Students will also select appropriate verb tenses and time expressions to describe events, habits, and actions in the past, present, and future. Students will begin to develop editing skills for written grammar and identify potential grammatical skills for future improvement.
