ADMN-1030Ethics, Diversity and Sustainability
This foundational course explores the knowledge and skills necessary to foster inclusive, respectful, and sustainable workplace environments. Students will examine personal elements of diversity, identify assumptions and biases, and analyze how workplace norms and professional etiquette influence effective collaboration. Learners apply these concepts to ethical business operations by studying inclusive policies, sustainable strategies, and the role of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's Calls to Action in professional practice.
