This is a general science course that provides an introduction to biology, chemistry and physics. There are four topics:

  • Dynamics of ecosystems: investigating the ecology of Manitoba
  • Chemistry in action: studying the interaction of elements and compounds, as well as their use in industrial and domestic settings
  • In motion: introducing and investigating velocity, acceleration, and displacement
  • Weather dynamics: studying global and local climate conditions
