COMP-1279Microsoft Excel 365 - Level 3
First, students will create tables to give structure to data and use sorting and filtering to analyze data and use Total row option for summary function calculations. Then, students will use the Quick Analysis Tool for direct access to a collection of features as an alternative to tabs. Students will then create basic macros to change manual repetitive tasks into automated tasks. Next, students will create templates as a predesigned bases for new workbooks using frequently used content to save time and to ensure consistency. Finally, students will learn how to protect worksheets and cells from unauthorized access or editing.
Each of the three Microsoft Excel 365 micro-credential courses award an official RRC Polytech digital badge that can be shared on social media, with a fourth badge awarded for completing all of the courses.
Online Delivery:
Students must have access to a Windows based computer and use the Microsoft 365 subscriptions available to all RRC Polytech students.
