Physical activity is important for your health, well-being and quality of life.  It is also important in the prevention of chronic disease and illnesses. You will receive valuable tips and techniques through active learning that will focus on the following areas: cardiovascular and aerobic activities, muscle and bone strengthening activities, and  flexibility, balance and coordination activities.
