GENI-9892Pies and Pastry Baking

In this workshop you will learn how to make flaky pastry with ease. Learn the basic steps to create pastry that rolls out with ease. You will bake the classic Apple Pie. You will also learn Choux Paste and prepare Chocolate Éclairs.

Students must wear closed-toe, non-skid footwear suitable for a commercial kitchen. Bring containers to take home your creations.
