GENI-1036Astronomy: Introduction
Learn the basics of astronomy and gain the skills to identify planets, stars, constellations, galaxies and phrases of the moon. Learn good techniques for observing stars, galaxies, nebula, planets, moons, the sun and reading star charts. Each evening you will head outside to learn how to navigate and practice observing the night sky. No previous experience is necessary and workshop materials are provided. Participants do not require a telescope to attend this seminar.
