Louisiana and Cajun cooking conjures up images of smoky, slow-cooked meals with a special Louisiana flair. Learn how to prepare those spicy dishes under the direction of our professional Chef in this hands-on workshop. Follow up with a cool drink and a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy your own Louisiana creations.

NOTE: Students must wear closed-toe, non-skid footwear, suitable for a commercial kitchen.
