PART-TIME | STEINBACH CAMPUS BUSCP-NA Business Training - Courses and Seminars

This workshop will assist students in understanding, practicing and developing effective workplace communication skills.  Students will have the opportunity to learn about passive, assertive, and aggressive communication, listening skills, body language, telephone skills, open and closed questions, and paraphrasing for clarification.  Students will also learn how to prepare for interviews and various interview techniques.  Focus and priority will be given to interactive activities and practice of skills.
