GENI-1537Growing Mushrooms on Logs

Learn to grow specialty mushrooms in your backyard. A biological process you will love!  Learn to plant the mushroom spawn and grow your own Shitake and Oyster mushrooms on oak, birch and poplar logs. Hands-on demonstration will show how to inoculate the logs with mushroom spawn.  Mushroom Grow Kits will be available for sale by the instructor following the hands-on presentation.
