Learn how to make wreaths from a variety of evergreen and twig branches.  Take your wreath home at the end of the workshop. The workshop includes multi-media and hands-on demonstration detailing how wreaths are made using wreath-making machines.  A bonus presentation provides a "sampler" on a variety of other non-timber forest products.  Wild crafting ideas such as diamond willow/tamarack walking sticks, wild mushrooms, berries, Manitoba maple and birch syrup, medicinal teas and salves, candle holders, etc will be illustrated.  An introduction to "seeing the forest beneath the trees."
