CULI-9010Regional Flavours: Pan Pacific Cuisine
Pacific Rim cuisine is an exciting fusion of flavours from the cultures of Pacific Rim countries. The regional influences of these countries translates to cuisine integrating fresh ingredients, seafood, soy and hoisin sauces, tropical fruits, nuts and indigenous herbs and spices. This workshop will include a demonstration and hands-on production of a variety of dishes from the Pan-Pacific.
