Thai food uses fresh ingredients that are often steamed, stir-fried or grilled. Preparation and presentation of the meal can be an art in itself, and Thai cuisine is delicious, low in calories and low in cholesterol. This workshop will include a demonstration and hands-on production of a variety of dishes from Thailand.
