The appetizer, those little delicacies that whet your appetite from crisp cracker creations to tangy dips are fun to create, display and serve for any occasion. Best of all, they can be prepared ahead of time so you can focus on welcoming your guests, making it all look so easy. Our chef will direct your creation of appetizers that will make any event a hit.
NOTE: Students must wear closed-toe, non-skid footwear, suitable for a commercial kitchen.
