CULI-9003Regional Flavours: Greek Cuisine

There are many different methods to preparing Greek cuisine, but you can count on the fact that it will emphasize simplicity, natural flavours and the use of fresh herbs, lemons and extra virgin olive oil. This workshop will include a demonstration and hands-on production of a variety of Greek dishes.
