Com Pac: 5B32. Children with additional support needs are a part of the fabric of children's centres, and it is the role of Early Childhood Educators to encourage and promote an 'inclusive' attitude. Although the study of additional support needs is an advanced specialty, every Early Childhood Educator requires knowledge and understanding of inclusion to guide her/his everyday practice, including the benefits of inclusive environments for children, families, Early Childhood Educators, and society as a whole.
