PDEV-1289Communications That Work-Assertiveness

This course will help you discover the difference between being pushy (aggressive) and being assertive. Learn to state your needs and wants without attack. These are essential survival skills for frontline staff and for supervisors and managers. These skills will help you state your case clearly without burning your bridges or breaking off relationships.
