COMM-1023Basic Business Communications
RPL

Develop the basic principles of business writing to produce professional correspondence using standard business formats, including emails, memos, and letters. Develop concise writing, proper grammar and usage, and strategies for organizing information.  Apply techniques for improving verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and overall workplace communication effectiveness in diverse, technology-driven environments.

Other Information

This course is not a credit in the Business Administration Diploma Program.  Students interested in the Business Administration credit should register for COMM-1000.
