COMP-3047Endpoint Administration
This course equips students with practical skills to design, implement, and manage secure endpoint computing devices. Beginning with the installation of a type-1 hypervisor and virtual machines setup, students will also install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems, deploy a domain controller, and set up network shares with controlled access. Through applied learning and hands-on exercises, students will apply group policy settings, automate system administration tasks, and conduct network security audits. This course also covers techniques for securely decommissioning endpoint devices at the end of their lifecycle.
