Registration Information

Permanent Residents and Refugees:
Step 1: Contact the Winnipeg English Language Assessment and Referral Centre (WELARC) http://www.welarc.net/index.html or an assessment centre in your area to take an assessment for placement into LINC classes. The results of the assessment at WELARC are not accepted for admission to academic programs at RRC.
Step 2: Complete the LINC classes.
